Internet café's should have those screen where it blur up the display whenever your not looking straight to the screen. Just like those on the ATM's. It's like a privacy thing. I think Anne featured that in her blog. :) Damn bills! And damn Bill Gates for blocking other browsers so Windows users can use only Internet Exploder. :P Damn bills!
