Passings

There have been a couple of passings in the comic book world recently.

Dave Stevens, creator of the popular comic character “The Rocketeer” passed away from complications due to Leukemia.

Jerry Serpe, colorist of many Filipino illustrated stories for DC in the 1970’s, also passed away.

    Gerry,
    Interesting story about Dave Stevens and Bettie Page. There was a movie about her starring a perfectly cast Gretchen Moll as Bettie Page. I like Rocketeer and the movie too. Stevens was an excellent artist.
