It’s a couple of days late (I had to finish off killing, I mean inking a Superhero), but here it is, my photo blitzkreig of the 3rd Summer Komikon held at the Bayanihan Center in Pasig, Metro Manila, last April 16, 2011. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to shoot the video as I was planning, but I did take a lot of photos.

Later, Edgar Tadeo came in and donated two original artworks inked by him and pencilled by Whilce Portacio, raising another 6,000 pesos!

ser kamukha nyo pala si forrest whitaker sa bagong looks, hehehe…
I wanted to steal the Elmer from the Komiknook so I can have it for myself. Pero bad yun. Hehe! I hope it gets wider release soon! Pati yung Where Bold Stars Go to Die, para sa next Komikon, I can say hi na.
Thanks for keeping the flames of the local comic industry burning. Sinimulan ko sa Funny Comics, Wakasan komiks at Pilipino Komiks (subscription ng nanay ko)… wala akong balak tapusin!
Mabuhay ka! at mabuhay ang industriya. :)
