Vlogging Notes

It’s surprising that vlogging, or video blogging here in the Philippines has suddenly enjoyed quite a surge, with the arrival of a lot of Pinoys and Pinays doing it in recent months, most notable of which is CokskiBlue, who is fast becoming popular as a vlogger locally. Manuel Viloria talks a bit about it here.

On my end, I haven’t been as prolific in vlogging as I have been, what with all the work that I had to finish. I managed to sneak in one or two in between, just to keep my sanity.


Vlogs That Never Were, A Song For John Beatty

The last part is dedicated to John Beatty, who was nuts about seeing me sing this Beautiful Girl song, which I quite honestly never heard of during the time. Now it seems I’m hearing it EVERYWHERE. Even in my HEAD.

This next vlog was actually kind of fun to make. At first it appears like another one of those Chris Crocker spoofs of his “Leave Britney Alone!” vid that’s was so insanely popular a couple of months ago. It’s me talking about Oprah being on You Tube and how a lot of the people there are jumping on her simply because she’s popular.

This next one is actually from a couple of months ago. It’s a video response to video uploaded by “Filteany“, a Filipina teacher working in New York about her workstation at home. I thought I’d also do a video showing how my work area looked like.

    Looks like some software out there grabs your rss feed, and then rewrites your post (rather badly), and then posts it on some other blog, hoping to earn ad revenue.
