Incommunicado, Somewhat.

Hello! Only a couple or so more weeks before Komikon and my work sked is simply unbelievable. To be able to finish my projects in time, specially Elmer #3 for Komikon, I’m really going to have to go incommunicado for a while. I won’t make any lengthy essays on my blog, no videos, and if it has nothing to do with work, I probably won’t be able to answer emails either. I’ve been very bad in answering emails for the past few months, and I truly apologize that it would get much worse. I won’t be able to accomodate those asking for interviews (apologies to those few who have), specially those that require face to face meetings. It would probably take me longer to approve comments on this blog so don’t feel paranoid that when your messages don’t come through. You only have to be paranoid if you’re anonymous or you’re being a complete ass.

I do have to say that although El Indio is finished, it won’t be released in time for Komikon. I would first have to meet with the publisher, who is currently in the US and won’t be back till December. Humanis Rex! has a good chance of coming out in time for Komikon so I’m keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

I don’t get to take a breath even after Komikon because I have another killer deadline for the last week of November, and then another one for Timawa for early December. The only time I think I could take a serious breath of air would be 2nd week of December, after which I plan to literally go away for a while.
