Glad to be home. I’m still feeling sick, but I didn’t feel it too much today. It was maybe the adrenaline. It was awesome to finally meet Rachelle Gerodias, who “met” me at You Tube. She’s an honest to goodness soprano and when she sang oh my God, where the hell did my jaw go? Oh, it’s on the floor! She’s so awesome.

It was also great to meet Bum Tenorio, writer for the Philippine Star whose first words to me were, “I read Wasted!” He said he even wrote a review for it way back 1998. Bum is awesome company with his hysterical tales and insight.

Resting now. Hope to get back to work tomorrow.

    What’s puzzling to me is: why were you wearing a pair of runners and some black “home relaxing shirt” of some sort? Is this to show your protest or something?

    I am truly perplexed, so please enlighten my confused soul. Why is everybody wearing formal attire and you were not?

    I have some suspicion that you were SPOOFING Carlo Caparas? Remember how the guy would attend some formal gatherings, and he would be donning a baseball cap, dark sunglasses, loud colored shirt, and denim pants?

    Man, you’re one heck of a daring guy to pull a stunt such as this one.

    Nothing to do with CJC. ha!

    It was more of a homage to the Tenth Doctor played by David Tennant, who’s costume was a formal suit with chucks. I guess it might not be too obvious, but it’s actually a black barong. The shoes is something I wouldn’t have worn if I was wearing white barong. That would have been ridiculous. :D
