i’ve been “investigating”,searching and finding everything about pilipino komiks,komiks in general in the ph. and pure pinoy/pinay artist….i also took a look at the link of R. Parreno…..please tell your friend that the comic is good!!! ^o^

it makes me want to draw too,since i havent see hangang now the style that i use in drawing(influenced by mangas-also-known-as-japanese-comics-and-not-the-delicious-fruit-we-have-in-ph.)…i cross my finger and hope that the day when i put my immagination to the paper,will come sooner….

I’ve kept this secret for a longtime, but it’s time I brought this to your attention. Sir Gerry, I have a friend who’s been posting an online comic for years.

She was doing this almost full-time for a while, but as you had noted before the vagaries of monetizing online comics, she’s been posting intermittently as she’s taken on one of those real jobs. (ugh.)

Anyway, she’s been long a fan of comics and komiks, but never really promoted her work as distinctly Pinoy, either online or in the komiks conventions she regularly attends, in her own modest way. I’m quite proud to know her and her work and hope you enjoy this!
