Notice how Canon Printers are always on sale, but the ink cartridges, never… hehehe, that’s how they make money. I got a new Canon Pixma for $29. The ink cartridges for it for color and B&W amounts to $45 together.
You can’t win.

Problem is, I had my ink cartridge for en Epson printer refilled, like everyone was doing. Unfortunately, it didn’t result in success for us. It wrecked the printer and from then on we thought, never again.

Just bring along your print cartridges and have them refilled via Inkman or other ink refilling stations. It’s certainly ten times more affordable than buying the originals. Of course the quality of the ink wouldn’t be as good but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re gonna ink over your 30% cyan printouts.
