   Gerry,
   Hanep itong video. You did this in 2006? Where’d you get all those photos? I see some of the younger artists included who are now illustrating for U.S. comics like Mico and others who I never heard of before. Wait a minute, was that Randy Valiente?
   OK yung awit ni Bob Dylan, pero mas bagay siguro kung Pinoy Song.

   OK, the big question is: given the current situation, would you have included Carlo Caparas?

   I could have used a Tagalog song, but for some reason, Like a Rolling Stone captured some kind of spirit of things keep rolling on inspite of everything, emphasized by the driving rhythm. I know of no Filipino song that comes close to the feeling of it. However, I use Tagalog songs with impunity with my other videos, specially the one featuring the comics museum, where I used a song by After Image.

   I believe I still would include CJC because I can’t deny he is a memorable part of Philippine comics history.

   Gerry,
   Bob Dylan and that song are just the most famous in U.S. music, kaya nasita ka.

   BTW, your picture of Steve Gan reminded me that I saw the first issue of Ang Panday somewhere, probably in Video 48, and the illustrations by Steve Gan are amazingly good. I have no doubt, the illustrations carried that komiks series to popularity because of his illustrations.

   and for some reason Larry Alcala start to look like Whilce to me, in some way…. ok maybe I need to go back to bed.. running nose killing me ><

   People should see more of this Gerry, for the next generations sake…Im sure the path has been gratifying and tumultuous at the same time, but for a newbie like me, it’s a wake up call to never give up…this undeniably affirms WHAT is the Local Komiks Industry to Philippine History and it’s here to stay no matter what…

   On a side note; there was pic that showed “Gabi ng Parangal sa Komiks” how cool was that! and the song, albeit in english compliments the nostalgia and theme of the video.

    and besides.. ulo lang yung meron mong picture.. magaling ka pag mahubad mo yung ulo lang… XD

    At yung picture ni Sarge(Gilbert) baka pwede rin mapalitan. Nakita kasi ng wife ko. Sabi sa akin “Bakit ganyan itsura nya dyan? Di ko nakilala.” :D
