Podcasting from SPUTNIK!

A few weeks ago I was at the SPUTNIK! comics shop in Cubao, in my opinion the best comics shop for finding independent comics if you want an alternative to all the superhero stuff from Marvel and DC. Not only do they have a wide selection of comics from even the most obscure publishers abroad, they have a selection of local indie titles too.

I recorded a podcast with a good friend of mine, Chez Fidelino, who just happens to be the General Manager of Sputnik! Give a listen below:

    Ken, Monday to Thursday 4-10pm, then Friday to Saturday, 4pm to 2pm. Napansin ko na mas mura sya kaysa ibang nagbebenta ng imported indie.

    I had a good laugh listening to this from start to end. The “Sputnik” question was the start of it and I think the “Batman” really got me laughing much.

    Sayang, Henry! Minsan pag lumuluwas ako ng Manila, tambay muna ako ng Sputnik then uwi. Katabing katabi lang kasi yung terminal ng bus pa San Pablo e.

    Sir,

    pag friday to saturday 4 PM to 2 PM? nagulat lang ako. dati ko pa gusto dumaan sa sputnik pero nawawala lagi sa tiyempo. gusto ko habulin criminal issues ni ed brubaker at sean philips. pati na incognito. lalo ko pang gustong dumaan para makilala man lang ung manager. hwehehehehe
