IamNinoy 100 Initiative

Two Saturdays from now, May 16, is the Summer Komikon. I have a couple of special stuff planned for the occasion including one with Elmer, and another with Wasted. It’s pretty exciting for me, but I’ll hold off on it until I can more properly write about it later.

Manila Comic-Con, which is scheduled for August 8-9 at the Megatrade Hall in Megamall, has a project that might be interesting to a lot of artists, the IamNinoy 100 Initiative. They’ll be publishing a book on Ninoy, and they’re looking for submissions.

The deadline is on July 15.

I’m not completely sure if I can be there at the Manila Comic-Con because it’s a possibility that I might not be in the country by then. I’m still trying to work it out that I can be at the Manila Comic-Con for at the very least August 9.

    WOW! A special on Elmer and Wasted! What could it be? The suspense is killing me! hahaha. I’ll be waiting for an update on this. Goodluck! I’ll just have to save up i guess and be ready on komikon.

    I’ll make an announcement soon about Elmer, Danry! For Wasted, I’m writing and drawing a new 6 page Wasted story with Eric (about an incident which happened in between chapters 3 and 4) for Komikero Komiks #1, an anthology that me and my Komikero pals are putting together for Summer Komikon.
